ANNOUNCING NEW POLITICAL COVERAGE: “ELECTION 2012: A GENERAL AIR OF FEAR AND DISAPOINTMENT”
We here at the Heckler understand that there’s an election underway in these United States. We don’t care much about that as we owe our allegiance to the government of another nation (Honduras.) But apparently who becomes U.S. president is “newsworthy” so for the sake of pretending to care about what is “newsworthy” we are introducing our new political series, “Election 2012: A General Air of Fear and Disappointment.” We will be reporting on the entire goings on of this tired and empty process; from the infomercial-like conventions to the talking points-filled debates to every time Joe Biden embarrasses himself and his countrymen. We will continue our coverage right up until the fateful night when America decides whether it wants Barack Obama to start on the lecture circuit a bit early, or for Mitt Romney to go back to the Brooks Brothers factory he was constructed in. You, the average citizen, deserve the best information and analysis, because truly there’s no more important or better country in the world than America (except Honduras.)
Happy election season to you all!
