The D.C. metropolitian transportation service today welcome its newest metro line: the ‘Fusia’ line. Heckler reporters were on hand to bring pictures back to its readers:
The Fusia line opened to much fanfare during Tuesday’s rush hour as several reporters brawled to post the first pictures of the trains on Twitter.
The new Fusia line will feature on stop by the Montgomery County line and two disjointed stops in South East D.C. which will mirror the green line for a bit before doing “a sweet little loop move.” Its projected yearly ridership of a dozen will test the limits of DC’s public transportation.
Officials said at a press conference they had avoided being over budget and falling behind schedule by neglecting to set projections for either of those matters. “A feasibility study probably would have helped, but its too late for that now,” said DC Mayor Vincent Gray.
The Fusia line was first proposed by former Engineer and current crazy person Eugen Haverforth in 1988 whilst under the influence of an unknown substance.
Engineers promised riders that the Fusia line was “mostly done.”
