MADISON, WI — Amanda Carlsonʼs (NHS ʼ15) most recent album upload earlier this week has drawn intense scrutiny from her 758 Facebook friends.

The album, titled “Spring Break(ers)!!!”, consists of 63 pictures from her still-ongoing vacation to San Juan, Puerto Rico with fellow Biology of Global Health majors Margo Henry and Emily Henderson. Uploaded on Monday night, the album is made up of 82% bikini/skinny arm shots, 15% dessert pictures and 1% hotel/plane/other.

“Oh for Christʼs sake, itʼs only Monday,” said Facebook friend Angela Miller (SFS ʼ16) who commented “So cute!!! miss you guys.”

“Ha! Think about all the internships theyʼre not applying for while theyʼre on the beach,” said Jennifer Thompson (COL ʼ15). “Well, I guess it would be nice to get away from all this snow for once…”

“I literally just got home and I have to look at this crap now?” said John Wilcox (COL ʼ15) “What a cry for atten…. that is a nice bikini.”

Carlson and her associates quickly released a statement following the outbursts of eye rolls and exasperated sighs saying: “We will not relent in social barrage to let you know

how much fun weʼre having. We will maybe stop once we get a new profile picture and/ or cover photo. Now excuse us while we instagram our margaritas.”

Carlson could not be reached for comment today as she was too busy “trying to find the perfect filter for the beach today.”
