Earlier this week, the Office of Global Education (OGE) released a new report on Georgetown students’ participation in study abroad programs with the exciting conclusion that all the ugly people went abroad this semester, and now you are the only one left. The report, entitled “Why YOU Should Go Abroad,” highlights all of the reasons why unattractive students just like you should get off of Georgetown’s campus for a while.
According to the report, many visually unappealing students would benefit from a study abroad program. For some students, especially 5s and 6s, a semester-long program is the right fit. Anyone else should definitely consider a full year abroad.
“There are countless reasons to study abroad if you are gross,” revealed an OGE representative. “A benefit that not many people realize is that you can study abroad in another country where it is winter. The days are shorter in the wintertime, so there will be less sunlight to illuminate your facial features. If you are unsure which program is right for you, schedule a meeting with OGE and we can gauge where you might be the least repugnant.”
So, should you study abroad? According to this report: Yes! This campus is full of hotties, and you are not one of them. See you next semester!
